Dear Ecusta Trail Supporters,
The board of the Friends of Ecusta Trail request you:
What:Fill the room at the upcoming Henderson County Board of Commissioners meeting.
When:Wednesday, September 20, at 9:30 a.m.
Where:The historic courthouse located at the intersection of Main Street and 1stAvenue West in downtown Hendersonville.
Why: To show support and appreciation for the Commissioners as they are expected to approve the bid winner for the construction of the first six miles of the Ecusta Trail from Hendersonville to Horse Shoe.
During the public input portion near the beginning of the meeting, Friends of Ecusta Trail board member Ken Shelton will speak for the organization. At the conclusion of his comments, thanking the commissioners for their “vision and leadership” in moving forward with construction, we request Ecusta Trail supporters stand and applaud the commissioners for their support.
After that, you may leave the meeting any time you wish.
