Blue Ridge Bicycle Club Release and Waiver of Liability

Blue Ridge Bicycle Club rides are open to all; members and non-members. However, we request that all non-members and secondary and tertiary members listed under Family memberships agree to the standard “Waiver and Release of Liability” provided by the League of American Bicyclists. This agreement must be renewed annually and can be done easily by clicking on the button below. Your response will be captured under the SURVEY module. We also request that if minors attend Blue Ridge Bicycle Club activities, the parent, legal guardian or designated responsible adult will accompany the minor at all times. (If you are an individual member or the primary member of a family membership, then you already "clicked" on the waiver when you joined the Blue Ridge Bicycle Club.)
