WEATHER: The Saturday weather looks sunny with temps around 50 degrees. Dress in layers so you can adjust for varying temperatures. As always, use your own judgement if conditions are suitable to ride.

WARM-UP RIDE OPTION: Want some catch-up miles for the January 1000-mile Challenge? Do a warm-up ride earlier on your own - 10 miles. Warm-up ride
RIDE DESCRIPTON: 52-mile, NO-DROP, B- pace ride that will re-group from time to time, but ensure you have the route and are fully self-sufficient to complete the ride on your own in case you get in front of the ride leader and then get off-route. If you get separated from the group and find you need help, ensure you have the ride leader's contact info and call or text them for support. Be aware that cell service might be sparse or non-existent in some sections of the ride. It is fine to break away from the group but be sure you know the route. Once you get ahead of the ride leaders you are on your own!
PARKING CONSIDERATIONS: Parking is available at the start.
HYDRATION, NOURISHMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF RESTROOMS: There are restrooms at Ingles at the start of the ride. There is a convenience store at mile 28. Bring snacks.
