38 miles / 3000 ft elevation.<br /><br />Here&#39;s a Haywood county ride that takes us through some remote areas and partly into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Beautiful!<br /><br />This will be a no drop ride (as much as possible) at an overall average speed of 12-15 mph, going slower on climbs, faster on flats or downhills. There will be some traffic going through Lake Junaluska on Hwy. 19, then turning onto Hwy. 276, and likely when coming back into Lake Junaluska.<br /><br />There are some challenging climbs, including one that&#39;s 6 miles long, but also two long descents, 3.5 and 5 miles.
