John Whitney is your ride leader. Start at Dula Springs Plaza with a mid-ride break at mile 20 at Zuma Cafe in Marshall. While there, check out the new bike repair stand donated by BRBC. It is in the parking area of the Old Marshall Jail Hotel, visible from the street, and near the railroad tracks. The hotel will install some bike racks to frame off the repair area. The racks will be made from old jail bars, in keeping with their funky aesthetic. Thanks to member Sebastian Dunn who will maintain the stand going forward. Next, ride 5 miles along the French Broad River then return to country roads making a left on Oak Grove. <br />This is a DROP ride.<br />Wheels roll at 9:00.
