Been off the bike for awhile? Me too. I would like to work on getting my stamina back and ride long rides this fall. So, lets meet up regularly to prepare for the Tour de Apple. This is a slow flat ride to begin with and we will gradually add elevation and miles until a Metric ride seems completely possible.
