RIDE NAME
:  Jeter Mountain Farm Ride. We travel backroads through Apple orchards and Hendersonville. We start this ride from Jeter Mountain farm located on the top of Jeter mountain. After the ride, plan to enjoy the farm. They have apple cider, doughnuts and a BBQ food truck. U-pick apples and grapes. New bake shop and ice cream store! Hard cider is available. (No beer or wine. You cannot BYOB.) There are tractor rides around the farm. They also have a gift/produce store. The farm is open from 10:00am-3pm. (Not sure of restroom availability depending if they are open when we arrive) Please park in the lower lot. Here is a link to the farm website. https://www.jetermountainfarm.com/home

This is a Regroup ride averaging 15-16mph depending on climbing. Be prepared to be self-sufficient.We do regroup at various points waiting 5-10 minutes. If the group decides to leave and you have not caught up, you may ride with the next group behind. Text the ride leader if you depart the group. Have the route available through your choice of navigation options. You must have communication and navigation for your safety. PARKING CONSIDERATIONS: Please be courteous of farm patrons. Park in the lower parking lot.

HYDRATION, NOURISHMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF RESTROOMS: The farm opens at 10:00am. Not sure if someone will be there to let us use the restrooms.

No designated store stops, so bring what you need.

EQUIPMENT:Helmets and water bottles are mandatory. Front facing headlights and rear blinking lights are highly recommended and required on the Blue Ridge Parkway unless appropriate reflectors are attached. Your bike must be equipped with the necessary lights or reflectors in accordance with applicable North Carolina and federal law and statutes governing bicycles. You should be fully self-sufficient for repair of flat tires or small mechanical issues.

After printing and completing the form, please hand it to your ride leader at the start of the ride.
NOTE:All rides leave promptly at the time stated. Give yourself enough time (at least fifteen minutes) to get your bike unloaded and all geared up! Please remember if the weather looks "iffy" or gets bad before the start date and time, then the ride leaders may not be there and you will be riding on your own.
GROUP RIDE SAFETY RULES:

• Obey ALL traffic laws.
•Stop at stop signs and red lights and when coming to an intersection, make sure it is safe before entering.
•Wear an approved, properly fitted bicycle helmet. Turn on tail lights. Turn on headlights, when required.
•Carry ID and special medical need instructions.
