This route tackles the steep side of Walnut Hollow then continues to a 4-mile (but low angle) climb up Glady Fork and then up a 4 mile climb on Hwy 178 to Rosman. If you are looking to add a challenge to the route, turn left at the end of Glady Fork Road and go 1.5 steep miles to top of Sassafras Mountain, the highest point in SC.
