This route reverses Rectors Revenge, with the modification to climb Lower Flat Creek Rd. from Alexander Park and descend Ivy Hill Rd. in order to avoid (esp. weekday) traffic on Old Marshall Hwy. Beautiful scenery with long-range vistas. The significant climbing (˜100 ft/mi), not speed, earns this ride its "+".
