Overall, the route is fairly flat & on low traffic roads, leaving near Canton town center. Very nice 30 mile ride up Hwy 215, past Lake Logan. Add 8 miles and a climb up to Starburst Falls for a total of 38 mi, 2,245’. If not, turn around at the USFS's Sun Burst Campground on NC-215.
