I have a nearly new ( only 30 miles on it ) Shimano GRX 2x12 front crankset, 172.5mm cranks, hollowtech II, that was pulled off of a brand new gravel bike.

I even have the box, Shimano bearing preload nut, all the factory hardware to install them. It's complete.
