I recently purchased some of the ACA Great Divide route files, for a ride I begin on June 22. They download into RWGPS. When I upload the files to Garmin Connect the POIs get dropped.

I contacted RWGPS and they sent me a link to an article about how to view, edit and delete waypoints, which was no help at all. I simply need the steps for getting the file into Garmin Connect, with POIs.

Does anyone have experience with this and therefore the steps for getting the very valuable POIs into my Garmin Connect file?

So you paid for access? What sort of RWGPS account do you have? My first thought is that if you have a free account RWGPS is dropping POIs cause that might be a feature you get with a paid subscription, keep in mind, as a club member all BRBC routes you use are as if you have a paid subscription.

Another option; Can you export the RWGPS route as a GPX file and then upload it to Garmin. Go to the route and when you expect to GPX make sure the option is checked that says "Include POI as waypoints" then go to your Garmin account and upload the file to your device.
