Good afternoon. As a bike commuter and someone well known as a cyclist in my work, church and neighborhood I am often asked my opinion, or rather what I might know, about local regulations surrounding e-bike (but most people mean e-motos, those electric dirt bike things that often don't have pedals, and if they do it's only to perfunctorily pass as an e-bike).
