Events - Event View

This is an intermediate level ride for those experienced and comfortable riding trails with obstacles such as rocks, roots, sand, drop offs, step ups and water crossings. The ride will feature Cedar Rock, Big Rock and Burnt Mountain trails. We will regroup as necessary and no one will be left behind. Plan on about 2 hours of ride (moving) time. NOTE: a portion of Burnt Mountain trail is rated EXPERT LEVEL and should be walked by anyone not experienced in riding it.<br /><br />RIDE LEADER: Ron Pleva - Look for my white Honda Accord <br /><br />WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Your ride leader will have a sheet which every participant will need to read then sign. <br /><br />Arrive 9:30 for a 9:45 roll out. All rides leave promptly at the time stated. Give yourself enough time (at least 15 minutes) to get your bike unloaded and all geared up. <br /><br />The allowed use of E-bikes is at the discretion of our local land managers and are not allowed on any natural surface trail within Dupont State Forest at this time.
